Do you enjoy it when your friends and family come to you with their (IT) questions? Do you get excited about a complex puzzle? Do you have a geeky tattoo on your arm? Are you a PC or console gamer? Then you’re just the kind of person we’re looking for! If you don’t have the knowledge but have a passion for IT, we have the perfect place for you. Don’t wait any longer, seize the opportunity and apply! Through internal training and courses, we’ll teach you all the tricks of the trade. Customers will come to you with their questions, we’ll explain how best to assist them, and you’ll in turn help the customer with the knowledge you’ve just acquired.

What does your day look like? 👌🏻

First, a cup of coffee ☕️ or tea. 🫖 You chat with your colleagues about your favorite TV series 💻 or that cool video game 🎮 you finally completed on hard mode after months. 🏆 Together with your colleagues, you assist customers through our ticket system. So many customers, so many questions. Every day is different, and you encounter new challenges that you solve with the help of your colleagues for the customer. You know exactly what the customer is looking for, which product or feature best suits their needs. Additionally, you act as the liaison with product specialists to translate customer requirements into concrete improvements in our products and processes. Don’t worry, we’ll teach you all of this. We teach it to you, and you teach it to the customers. And you do all of this at our offices in Rhenen and/or Amsterdam, with your favorite playlist in the background while Nerf darts 🎯 fly around you. We’re good at table football, so we also exercise together :-).

ENTHUSIASM! Truly, all we ask of you is a healthy dose of enthusiasm, nothing more. We will teach you everything. How does DNS work? What is a VPS, really? How do I set up my email on my phone? ☎️ These are all pieces of knowledge you don’t need to have before you join us, but they are definitely things you will acquire with us.

Hybrid Working

At team.blue NL, you work from home or from another workspace. Once a week, you work at our office in Rhenen in consultation with your team. You can choose the second day in the office yourself.
