Terms and conditions

In the document below, you can find the terms and conditions of our discount promotion 'Holiday Hype' in which you make use of a 'Holiday Hypernode'.
Sign up before November 19th 18:00 CET to make use of this temporary discount. Requests coming in after the 19th of November 2020 18:00 CET are excluded from participation.

• The Holiday Hype consists of:
  • A managed migration from your webshop to a larger Hypernode. Managed migration means the migration of your webshop will be executed by Hypernode. The migration date is communicated in advance and planned in consultation with the participant.
  • In the case of a migration between cloud providers, the IP-address of your webshop will change. If an IP-address change is applicable, the participant will be informed via email in advance.
  • Your webshop will be migrated before November 25th 2020. There are no additional costs.
  • The contract period of the Holiday Hype is from November 25 2020 until December 25 2020.
  • Participants receive a 20% discount on the Holiday Hypernode they reserved. The 20% discount is based on the complete contract period of the Holiday Hype.
• After the contract period ends, you will be remigrated to your original plan. The migration will take place between the 27th and 31st of December 2020. This remigration to your original plan is also managed by Hypernode. If you wish to migrate on another date or to another plan than your original plan, please contact support before the 24th of December, 2020.
• The Holiday Hype is only available for upgrades to the following product lines: Grow, Professional, Excellence (WEO development plans). Upgrades only consist of migrations to promo plans which are larger than the original plan.
• When changing your plan via the Control Panel during the contract period, you will automatically lose the right to our 20% discount on the full contract period. Please contact our support team if you want to upgrade during the contract period of the Holiday Hype.
• Participants of the Holiday Hype receive a recommendation regarding their plan size. No rights can be derived from this recommendation.
• Besides the promotional terms and conditions, the general terms and conditions are applicable on the Holiday Hype.
• Hypernode can change the promotional conditions at any time.
• Hypernode is authorized to exclude participants in the event of suspected unlawful participation or fraud.
