Today Magento released new versions for Magento 1 and Magento 2 which fix several critical security vulnerabilities.

Magento Version Check has been updated

With the release of these latest Magento versions we’ve updated our Magento Version check to include these latest versions. You can scan your website on magereport.com to see if you’ve installed the latest versions successfully. To make this check more visible for users visiting the site we’ve moved this check up the order. It should now be one of the first checks you encounter when scanning your site.

Improved SUPEE-11155 and SUPEE-11219 checks

Since the SUPEE-11155 and SUPEE-11219 checks were added we got some complaints of false-positives. This was due to MageReport checking the static files for these websites, but not taking minified JS files into consideration. This has now been fixed with the latest updates of these checks. If you still think your site is triggering a false-positive, or if you have any other questions, feel free to send us a mail at magereport@hypernode.com.

Updated malware signatures

With our latest release we’ve updated our credit card hijack check with over 2300 new malware signatures.
